Pat Clyde was stationed at Camp Moffett in Great Lakes, Illinois from July to October 1948. While here, he saw his first television. The T. V. broadcast was of a baseball game - Chicago Cubs vs. Chicago White Sox. "The picture was so snowy, I could never see the ball." |
